Application: Flats applied to fixing window and door frames. Furthermore, they are also used to stiffen quoins of flat elements such as shutters or door leafs. Due to frequent mounting in visible places shape and finishing of the surface were selected such as they can function as decorative elements. Material: DC01 + Black powder coating. Coat applied by immersing the object in melted zinc heated up to the temperature of about 450ºC. Obtained thickness of coating amounts to 80-90 μm, no less than 60 μm. Such a thick layer protection is recommended for products exposed to long-lasting influence of moisture, particularly for products to be used in a garden. Such coating may be covered with decorative paints suitable for galvanized (zinc-coated) surfaces.

Moreover, the products are powder-painted which ensures high tightness of the coating and increased resistance to corrosion. Elements protected in such manner may be used in any place exposed periodically to atmospheric precipitation (rain, snow).

Most often it is additionally covered with a thin layer of oil film that protects zinc against oxidation.
