Coat applied by immersing the object in melted zinc heated up to the temperature of about 450ºC. Obtained thickness of coating amounts to 80-90 μm, no less than 60 μm. Such a thick layer protection is recommended for products exposed to long-lasting influence of moisture, particularly for products to be used in a garden. Such coating may be covered with decorative paints suitable for galvanized (zinc-coated) surfaces.
Galvanized zinc coating with thickness of 12 μm. Products covered with such coating are intended for use in dry indoors with periodical exposure to moisture (second class of use according to PN-EN 1995-1-1:2010).
Cold-rolled metal sheet with bilaterally applied galvanized coating with weight no less than 275 g/m2 and thickness of about 20 μm. Moreover, the products are powder-painted which ensures high tightness of the coating and increased resistance to corrosion. Elements protected in such manner may be used in any place exposed periodically to atmospheric precipitation (rain, snow).
Cold-rolled metal sheet with bilaterally applied galvanized coating with weight no less than 275 g/m2 and thickness of about 20 μm. Most often it is additionally covered with a thin layer of oil film that protects zinc against oxidation. Product edges remain not coated after punching process, but it has no negative influence on their anti-corrosion protection.
Galvanized zinc coating with thickness of 12 μm. Products covered with such coating are intended for use in dry indoors with periodical exposure to moisture (second class of use according to PN-EN 1995-1-1:2010). Anti-corrosion protection of the products is increased through chromium passivation in yellow.
Surface treatment of metals consisting in creation of aluminium oxide by an electrolytic method. It ensures anti-corrosion and mechanical protection of surface of the product.
Products are powder-painted which ensures high tightness of the coating and increased resistance to corrosion.
Low–carbon steel for cold forming with bilateral continuous zinc coating, with the weight of at least 275 g/m2 and thickness of about 20 μm (15 μm – 27 μm). Products with such a coating are designed for use in dry areas with possible temporary exposure to moisture (1st and 2nd use grade as per PN-EN 1995-1-1:2010).
